Born in 1969 on the Mornington Peninsular, I grew up in a bush setting and at a young age I developed a fascination with animal behavior and a need to disassemble everything I could with a screw driver. I was interested in photography from early primary school onwards but it was on a 13 month around the world trip in 1989 that my interest became a passion.
Throughout the next two decades I photographed wild life, landscapes, motor sport, tennis, music festivals, air shows and street photography.
I attended a series of Les Walkling’s workshops in 2009 and then in 2014 completed an Advanced Diploma of Photography at PSC in Melbourne.
I covered the Australian Open for Tennis Australia in 2013, 2014 and I’m contracted for 2015 as well. Now I will be pursuing a professional career as a freelance photographer.
